💼 What Will Your Role Look Like? – Senior Business Analyst

As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding business requirements and translating them into functional solutions on the ServiceNow platform

  • Leading requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions

  • Analyzing business processes and recommending improvements using ServiceNow modules like CSM, ITSM, and CMDB

  • Preparing documentation such as BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows

  • Collaborating with developers, architects, and product owners

  • Supporting ITSM processes like Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management

  • Assisting in CMDB configuration and governance

  • Participating in solution validation, UAT coordination, and test case preparation

  • Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

  • Ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards

🎯 Required Skills & Experience – Senior Business Analyst

  • 8–10+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow Business Analyst expertise

  • Hands-on experience with CSM, ITSM, and CMDB modules

  • Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation

  • Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional specifications

  • Good understanding of ITSM processes and frameworks

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working with technical teams and supporting UAT


➕ Good-to-Have Skills – Senior Business Analyst

  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

  • Exposure to Customer Service Management (CSM) implementations
