Job Details

  • Job Title: US IT Recruiter / HR Corporate Recruiter

  • Location: Vijayanagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Onsite – 5 Days)

  • Shift Timing: Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 4:30 AM IST

  • Experience Required: 6 Months to 3 Years

  • Cab Facility: Available for female employees

  • Employment Type: Full-time

The position follows a night shift schedule aligned with US business hours and offers a professional environment with structured hiring processes.


Key Responsibilities

US IT Recruitment

  • Source candidates for US IT requirements using job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals

  • Screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements

  • Conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews

  • Understand and match candidate profiles with client job requirements

US Hiring & Compliance Knowledge

  • Work with US IT job roles and technology stacks

  • Understand US visa types, tax terms, and employment classifications

  • Coordinate with candidates on availability, documentation, and interview schedules

Client & Candidate Coordination

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle

  • Schedule interviews and follow up on feedback

  • Build strong candidate pipelines for recurring requirements

HR & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports

  • Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy

  • Meet hiring targets and timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or Corporate Hiring

  • Familiarity with US IT job roles, visa types, tax terms, and technical skills

  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to work in night shift (US timings)
