Role Overview
YASH Technologies is recruiting a dynamic Data Analyst – SQL for its delivery division in Pune.
In this commercial operations (C Ops) and design-focused role, you will analyse complex datasets, build robust SQL queries, create executive presentations in PowerPoint, and leverage Advanced Excel alongside emerging GenAI tools to drive operational efficiency and support client-facing analytics workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Query Optimization

SQL Querying: Write, optimise, and execute complex SQL queries to extract, validate, and manipulate data from enterprise relational databases.

Operational Reporting: Analyse operational and commercial metrics to identify trends, performance gaps, and optimisation opportunities.

Data Cleansing & Modelling: Ensure absolute data integrity and structure datasets for executive review.
Presentation & GenAI Integration

Executive Storytelling: Translate technical data findings into compelling visual presentations and dashboards using Advanced Excel and PowerPoint (PPT).

GenAI Adoption: Leverage emerging GenAI tools and automation scripts to accelerate data processing workflows and insight generation.

Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with internal delivery teams and global clients in Individual Contributor (IC) or collaborative C Ops environments.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
Required Experience & Core Skills

Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on professional experience in data analysis, SQL database operations, or business reporting.

Mandatory Technical Stack:

Strong practical command of SQL for data extraction and transformation.

Proficiency in Advanced Excel for data manipulation and modeling.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Familiarity with Python programming.

Experience crafting executive decks in PowerPoint (PPT).

Exposure to emerging GenAI productivity and coding assistants.
